Terms & Conditions
-By entering into the assessment process, you are confirming you are the legal parents/guardians of the child for whom services are being sought for.
-By entering into the assessment process, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
-The total cost of the selected sleep package is required prior entering into the initial assessment stage. Once payment is received the support process will commence.
-Cancellation policy is as follows:
1) Sleep support packages are non-refundable once the Daily Rhythm Journal has been received and the personalised sleep plan has been created.
2) Cancellations prior receipt of the Daily Sleep Journal will be fully refunded if 24 hours notice is provided.
3) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a consultation. Where exceptional circumstances arise, The Nurture Owl Sleep Support will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. The rescheduled consultation must take place within 4 weeks of the original appointment date.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to exceptional circumstances. In this instance you can either reschedule the consultation or receive a full refund.
-Your family’s privacy is important. Protected by GDPR legislation, all discussions, records and documentation shared throughout our work together will be kept confidential and stored securely.
-All consultation content, resources and personalised documents provided by The Nurture Owl Sleep Support are confidential and for your personal use only. They must not be copied, reproduced, shared or distributed without prior written permission. Nurture Owl Sleep Support reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are breached.
-Prior commencing sleep support parents must ensure their child is healthy and well at the start of the programme. If your child does become unwell once the programme has started, we can pause support until your child is in better health. This will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
-Throughout the support duration, parents are responsible for and must maintain their child’s health and wellbeing.
-Advice given by The Nurture Owl Sleep Support is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a medical professional.
-In some cases, dependent on the information gathered from parents during the assessment process, The Nurture Owl Sleep Support may recommend seeking medical advice from a GP or medical professional in advance of beginning any form of sleep support.
-If the child has an underlying health condition, The Nurture Owl Sleep Support reserves the right to not proceed with the consultation. If this is the case, a full refund will be given.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support is committed to promoting safer sleep practices and all recommendations and support provided will align with current national safer sleep guidance where applicable.
-For any consultations that have been rescheduled, the Daily Rhythm Journal may need completing again if it has been over three weeks since the original consultation date.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support offers advice to the best of their ability, experience and specific training. The Nurture Owl Sleep Support does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep/behavioural support that does not achieve the desired result following the programme.
-My role is to guide and encourage parents through supporting their child and offer practical and nurturing suggestions to resolve sleep challenges.
-The parents role is key in supporting sleep and sleep plans do not improve sleep alone. Consistency from parents is important when implementing suggested approaches and strategies to provide a greater potential of improvement and change. I can not guarantee that I can resolve all sleep problems.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support aims to respond to any communications as soon as possible after receipt, subject to daily schedules and personal circumstances.
-Sleep logs and Root to Rest Insights must be completed and returned 48 hours prior the consultation call. This is to ensure a full assessment can be carried out thoroughly.
-Once the support period has commenced, The Nurture Owl Sleep Support will respond to any messages/emails received up until 8.30pm. If not received, a response aims to be provided as soon as is possible the following day subject to daily schedules and personal circumstances.
-It is my responsibility, as a professional, to share any confidential information and report any concerns I may have regarding the safeguarding or welfare of a child or family to the appropriate authority.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support reserves the right to cease all support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to any form of abuse or harassment.
-The Nurture Owl Sleep Support reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
